Terra Sana Farm at the Dolores Farmer’s Market
The Dolores Farmer´s Market would not be the same without Aaron, Dakota and their three littles Osa, Otis and Eilo. They have been at the market for eight years now!
They love the Dolores Market because of the relaxed atmosphere and green grass. They started out as a hobby farm that popped into the market to sell extra produce they had, but over the years it has grown into their biggest source of income.
You can count on them being at the market every week and you don´t want to show up late for their produce. They have lettuce, carrots, beets, kale, peas, green beans, cucumbers, radish, turnips, garlic, onions and broccoli.
They love that the market has evolved over the years to include more vendors, music and a growing number of supporters without much formal organization. They the town of Dolores for allowing vendors to sell without a membership fee.
They believe the market could be even more successful for vendors if there were organized activities for kids, live music every week, more patrons and vendors. What if it was a destination for all of Montezuma County on Wednesdays?
The market starts Wednesday, June 5th at Joe Rowell Park.
